Three off days in a row
Oct. 11th, 2004 03:25 pmKind of hard to angst about the Red Sox when they're not playing.
Oh well, I probably need the time to get myself ready for a Yankees' series. I so wanted it to be the Twins. Playing the Yankees is far too angst-packed for me.
In case you want to do some planning, but I am hoping it's all over by Game 5 at the latest -- with us winning, that is.
* -- If necessary
So it's St. Louis in the NLCS. I am still cheering for Houston! We'll see tonight.
But this would be the third time we have gone against St. Louis in the World Series (1946, 1967)
The World Series, you ask?
* -- If necessary
Today has been a well-appreciated day off and has given me time to get a lot of publicity done for "MacBeth," which is coming up Nov. 5-7.
I have sent releases to maybe a half-dozen dailies and even more weeklies, including The Phoenix. It is going to so rock.
It's at Newton North High School on Friday, Nov. 5, and Sunday, Nov. 7, at 7:30 p.m. Tickets are $10, and are $5 for students.
There is an SCA event on Saturday, Nov. 6, and the play will be part of that.

evilnicola and I are in the play, and Mistress Nataliia is running the event.
Now I need to do some school-related stuff and write a boatload of college recommendations.
