Update: All is well

Thanks for all the notes, folks.

I am at the Westerly Library, where I spent a lot of time as a kid in the pre-computer days.

Mom, my sister and my step-sister are discussing things with the funeral home guy in a little bit. I think I am here -- and therefore limited in Internet access -- through Tuesday.

All is well.

I am fine. Mom is as well as can be expected, and other than needing to kill her two sons -- slowly and painfully -- my sister is OK, too.
