And the Grinch, with his Grinch-feet ice cold in the snow, stood puzzling and puzzling, how could it be so?
It came without ribbons.
It came without tags.
It came without packages, boxes or bags.
And he puzzled and puzzled 'till his puzzler was sore.
Then the Grinch thought of something he hadn't before.
What if Christmas, he thought, doesn't come from a store.
What if Christmas, perhaps, means a little bit more.

The cold comes on messy dog paws. . .

(OK, Carl Sandburg, I am sorry).

Yeah, welcome to cold and flu season.

So I get through History Fair.

All is well.

Friday I start to feel the respiratory stuff coming on, then the sinuses fill, etc., etc.

Saturday, I tried to fight through it.

Sunday, I started on the antiobiotics.

Today I came home sick from school and called the doctor.

Now, I am on Prednisone, too.

She wants to me take tomorrow off from school.

I will be crankier than usual. ;)
