1. I have been really inconsistent in posting, and I am sorry about that. I love to post and read responses, but we have been going at something akin to Warp Factor 6 for the last couple of weeks, and my brain seems to shut off by 8 p.m. I also know I am not reading all of my friends' posts.

I miss all ya'all. Let me know what's up in your life. Let me know if we are working on something together and I have forgotten about it. Let me know if you want to donate to the Polar Plunge. Ler me know if you want to come watch on Nov. 21 and maybe get stew later.

2. Moving has eaten our life for the last week-plus. Tomorrow, I will probably do one run, because I am covering a game out that way.

The final push -- "Once More Into the Breach" -- starts at noon Sunday in Salem and will then move, maybe between 2-2:30 p.m., to Glesn Falls. And that will be it.

If you can help at either end -- or both -- please let me know.

3. We moved the cats last night. That was an adeventure. They were fine until I packed the fresh cat litter out of the house. A. got them moved, and they are sampling spots in the new apartment. One of them kept opening the drawers under the bed last night. Tehre is more room to get them open.

4. The Countess is taking a breather to consort at Crown  tomorrow. Our good friend Lord Ulfr is fighting for her, and his best friend, Lord Ketil, is fighting for my protege, Lady Ratburc. I wish I could be there. If someone took pictures, that would rock.

5. Duke Lucan over Duke Gregor in the final. (That's a really, really tough call) Gregor over Sir Kenric and Lucan over Count Griffyth in the semis. Duke Andreas, Duke Bryan, Sir Edward The Gray and Sir Wilhelm in the quarterfinals. If someone doesn't come up, move Duke Randall into the quarterfinals. Count Valgard as a dark horse. (No, not black sheep). Oh, to have Ogedei win, just for the potential.

I know I am forgetting a duke.

6. I am very proud of [livejournal.com profile] theresat and [livejournal.com profile] evilnicola, epsecially in terms of how hard they are working in the last year of college.

7. I know of a number of folks who are sick, and I am praying for them. I hope it's not a rough winter, but I am afraid of that.
