Directions to my new room

I am sure some of you will be amused by this.

Our school is being renovated, and it finally came my turn to move my room.

The best way to tell kids to get to my room is to go to the back corridor and walk until they see the "DANGER" sign, then turn left.

My room is right at the barricade, behind which major tearing-up of rooms is taking place.

So Nataliia and I are watching TV, switching back and forth between Law & Order and the NHL playoff game between Colorado and San Jose.

At one point we stop on ESPN Classic, and suddenly I am watching the ball roll between Buckner's legs.

Arrrrggggggghhhhhhh. The stuff of nightmares this is.

They're gonna show the 1986 World Series.

Quick, back to Law & Order.

So now L&)O is over, and the hockey is boring. We're watching something on one of the local channels about the preview of the Red Sox movie that tells the story of last year.

All of a sudden, I am watching Aarron F'ing Boone hit his homer.

Arrrrgggghhhhh.

I was afraid to turn the channel for fear of finding Buckey Dent.

Arrrrgggghhhhhhh.

If you don't understand this, think psychotic dentists with drills, things that go bump in the night or "Discount Sushi."

The horror of it all.
