Here's how the day shakes out . . .
Nov. 3rd, 2004 06:44 am- Giving written tests in my first three (U.S. History) classes, then my duty and my prep, then the sophomores, then trying to cram the last little drops of information into my last period class, which will be taking the test Thursday or Friday.
- Faculty meeting. Always an interesting sidelight.
- Home for roughly two hours, then drive to rehearsal.
- Final dress rehearsal for MacBeth.
- Drive back home and sleep.
- Mixed in . . . obsessively check election results
I am hoping to get some NaNoWriMo done in that afternoon block and in the large chunks of the play in which I am waiting in the green room.
I am still not sure of my reaction to the election, but I am greatly annoyed that it may not be finalized for several weeks.
I have to admit, the media called Ohio a "battleground state" all along.
