  • Rehearsal was interesting -- yes, that's the word -- because we were finally in the space we're using for the performance. I fell pretty good about where I go and what I say on stage, but I gotta work on knowing which entrances I need to be using. John Maguire's costumes are amazing.

  • It's gonna be a long week with rehearsal tomorrow and MacBeth up Friday through Sunday, plus an event on Saturday built around the event.

  • Still thinking about Crown. What a great day it was! I am looking forward to Kelson and Genviere, because I think they really came onj strong at the end of their first reign. They run a fun court.

  • Will go vote after school when Nataliia gets home. No great races locally. Probably going Kerry with the serious temptation to write in "A Rabid Weasel" or "Cthulu." I am not feeling as though I have the choices I want.

  • School's hectic, but when is it not?

  • The Red Sox thing has yet to sink in, and I still have not read the last five days of the Boston Globe.

  • NaNoWriMo, which I will try hard not to bother you with each post, is off to a good start for me, I cranked out 2,020 words, some of the them written in the green room at rehearsal while wearing my costume.

Bill from Peabody, Mass.: What would you say is the single most critical state at this point?

(In my mind, it's Florida).

How about the three most important?

(Florida, Pennsylvania, Ohio are the choices here)

I am thinking about states that are not solidly in one camp or another based on the polls.

I am also keeping an eye to the north to see what New Hampshire is going to do. Small state, but it could set a trend.

Robert G. Kaiser: I like your list.
