More Arisia stuff

1. I had a wonderful epiphany today.

Things are crazy at school, and I have a deadline coming up on my fellowship, and I figured I would get nothing done this weekend and go into school like a zombie.

Lo and behold. Monday is Dr. Martin Luther King Day. I get a day off. Hoo-wa.

4. I am rescheduling the trip to Finale for Saturday afternoon because a friend already has a group going Friday night at 11, and the place is only so big. If I approached you about a trip to Finale, then how about sometime around 4-5 p.m. Saturday, leaving from Con Suite immediately after the LJ/tea get-together?

Almost belated . . .

It has been 19 years since the night Tracy Lis scored her 2,000th career point for the Killingly High Redgals. I covered the game for the New London Day, where I was working at the time.

Me: "I just have a couple more questions for Tracy."

Nataliia: "We need to go now."

Me: "Just a couple of minutes."

Nataliia: "No. you don't understand. We need to go now."

Me: (getting it) Oh, ummm, sure. "See ya later, Tracy."
