1. Welcome to brenwenthefaire. It's kinda crazy in here. You will fit right in. ;)

2. I caught two innings of the Sox game -- the eighth and ninth. I like Bryan Corey, I am a huge dan of Hayde Park's own Manny DelCarmen, and any game that sees Ortiz *and* the captain hit dingers is a good game. Double play? Manny being Manny. I did not get to see Lester pitch. But I did find a good sports bar that has good beer. ;)

4. Lunch at a brewpub: We are planning to be at the Long Trail Brewing Co. (Bridgewater Corners, VT -- the intersection of Routes 4 and 100) for lunch at 12:30 p.m. this Sunday, April 6. Possible attendees include trilobites and annodomini, jenphalian, l3arcelona and theresat. And lest we forget, not only alethea_eastrid, but her parents, too. Meet my in-laws! This could be one of the all-timers. The good is good, and the beer is great. Not only will they have the Belgian White I have been raving about, but I think they will still have the coffee stout up, and that is scheduled to go off in April. Please let me know! Tell your friends!

She calls me over to see something, and it's a knitted horse's head, ending at the neck, with the suggestion that you watch The Godfather while knitting it.

My immediate question to her?

"What was the name of the horse in the Godfather?"
