Ending the radio silence
Mar. 11th, 2009 02:30 pmI have not posted in nine days.
That might be, as the assistant coach in "Bull Durham" says, "A new league record!"
Lots of things have consipired to make this happen, including the fact that last night was the first night in something like six straight working days I didn't have an evening function (work or not).
I was covering basketball games for the local paper, working really hard here, and just getting worn out. There was also the whole "Please come to Canada . . . " thing.
I feel pretty good, and I had a good, albeit very short, visit to Blades & Blarney.
I have family members who love me, and for that I am very grateful.
I will have a real, Liam-style post up this evening I hope.
