Saw Heather Dale last night.

It was amazing.

I will post more later.

But  . . . I wanted to make sure folks knew that she and Ben are on a major tour that includes War of the Wings this weekend.

They will also be doing house concerts at various Scadian's places -- Simonetta, Cerian, Dahrien and others -- alongt he way.

Thiis schedule -- http://www.heatherdale.com/shows/index.php -- goes through October.

They will be in the Maritimes next month and have an opening for at least one house concert.

Contact me if interested.

Thanks!

ALBANY -- Two teachers have left an Albany charter school after allegedly discovering a hidden video camera placed in their classroom by school officials.

The move has concerned some Common Council members who said secretly recording teachers sets a dangerous precedent. The alleged incidents occurred last week at the Achievement Academy Charter School on South Dove Street.

Carol Connelly, an English teacher, resigned after she discovered a camera in a bookshelf at the back of her classroom. Ryan Marie Roberts, who taught seventh- and eighth-grade social studies, said she was fired after school officials told her she was not performing well enough based on a secretly videotaped class session.
