I apologize if you get this more than once.
Please feel free to forward it.
Greetings to the people of the East Kingdom:
As Pennsic War draws near, I am reminded that many hands makes for light work. As We are this year’s host, I would ask that you help us
spread the word and invite our populace to volunteer (at troll, security, marshal, etc...) for Pennsic at large. We Ourselves are
taking a volunteer shift, and I hope many of the members of your baronies do the same.
Additionally, We would be grateful for help setting up and taking down EK encampment. Please contact Our Major Domo, Baron Ernst for details
at: ernest.martinez@snet.net. I, Edward, would particularly note, that drilling the holes for our wind walls sometimes is made much
easier when a large person (those that make me look small) can operate the auger.
We have also offered aid in setup and take down or possibly airport pickups to some of our royal allies who travel great distances to join
us. We were fortunate, when we attended Estrella and Gulf Wars, to have the cheerful assistance of the local Barons and Baronesses. We
are hoping that the East Kingdom can return the hospitality. It is a great opportunity to participate in a little Interkingdom Anthropology. Please contact Master Liam St Liam for details at: liamstliam@gmail.com.
As always, the East Kingdom gates will require guards, and this year is no exception. In fact the pride of the East may depend up your
vigilance. The gates will be open from 9 am to 5 pm. Please contact Lady Brunissende for details at: mathilde.poussin@gmail.com.
And We cherish those whom would take a shift to retain for us. Please contact Our Deputy Head Lady in Waiting: Lady Thrya at:
syrcin@gmail.com
For other Pennsic specific questions feel free to contact either Our Chief of Staff: Lord Lachlann MacLachlann at: maclachlann@gmail.com or
Our Head Lady in Waiting: Lady Margaret at: eyeronee@gmail.com
Thank you all for helping in this grand endeavor. We hope that each of you enjoy this War and take an opportunity to make new friends
among those that side with and against us to make this War whole.
Edward Grey and Marguerite ingen Lachlainn,
King and Queen of the East
Please feel free to forward as you deem fit.
