Yes, cross-posted from Newsroom and Journalism

But this time I corrected the spelling of "fascinated."

I am really looking forward to the Doonesbury fallout today.

I am fascinated to see who ran it and who didn't.

I have to admit, I was surprised when I got my Boston Globe this morning and there was white space, some text explaining why it was not there, and a (Globe) website to see it at. (I just hit Google News to find out that Green Bay News-Chronicle didn't run it, and Tallahassee did.

Both ran explainers.

The Green Bay one: http://www.gogreenbay.com/page.html?article=125417 is really well-done.

Tallahassee is here: http://www.tallahassee.com/mld/democrat/news/opinion/8496151.htm

A Providence Journal article said the ProJo and Dallas Morning News would run it. Mobile (Ala.) ran it, too.

I thought it was a very powerful comic.

Of course, Get Fuzzy just depressed me because I am a Red Sox fan.

What did your local papers do?

Of course, Get Fuzzy just depressed me because I am a Red Sox fan.

PS: Explainer for those who haven't seen it. B.D., a regular character, loses his leg in Iraq, and one of the lines today is "Son of a bitch."

We ran it, with an editor's note saying we felt doing so was appropriate, given the context. Just to acknowledge that it might offend some readers (those who apparently have not seen a television in the last five years).
