1. It is another nice day in the North Country. We can keep this up.

2. Traveling commences tomorrow. Leaving in the morning for Poughkeepsie for a work meeting, followed by a second work meeting, then the drive to Danbury to crash. Saturday is Coronation in Mount Kisco, probably followed by going back to Danbury. Sunday will be the long drive back home.

3. As you may well have noted, I see a lot of animals and birds in my driving up here. I am looking for a reasonably priced decent pair of binculars. Used it fine. I am also on the outlook for freshwater fishing equioment (spinning rod).

4. Am I delivering any sold items to any (or their courier) at Coronation?

The Celestron Skymaster 15x70's are a good deal if you want a really big binocular. both for wildlife and astronomy (though for that I would tripod mount them) they run about $80 at Adorama or B&H

My Area Knowledge skill for Poughkeepsie is now 14 years old.

However, when I lived there, there existed a fun little restaurant called O'Neill's Irish Castle. The food was soso but the decor was amazing (Irish medieval decor) and the service was friendly and attentive.

This venue is now under new management as the Excalibur Restaurant And Tap Room from what I can tell.

FYI.
