1. The Red Sox are in first place?

How did that happen?

Of course the whole division is with 2.5 games of each other.

Now, we go to th Bronx. This oughta be interesting.

2. Very strange dreaming night. I dreamed I was arrested for a mass murder (done with someone else). I was in jail, I think. Gradually, I realized I had done none of the killing. Then I "woke up" into another dream, that focused on a school. No, there was no naked.

3. Do your eyes glaze over when people post about their dreams? Mine do.

4. Miley, Miley, Miley . . . If you are dressing from the Hideous Department at Sears as a teen-ager, what's gonna happen when you get older?

5. Unrelated: Some people just don't get it.

Didn't it start earlier last year?

I don't remember but they do have to raise my hopes before they can properly dash them on the cruel and pointy rocks of Fate and June. ;)

I always have the weirdest dreams when I'm stressed. Given my current workload and travel schedule, I've had some doozies over the last few weeks.

I dreamed I was doing my hair just like in that picture of the Mormon women, to see if I could get it to work. I also dreamed I was cuddling my boyfriend, but I could only cuddle him on his right side because he had tripped and fallen earlier and had bruises all over his left side. Even on his earlobe and his toe.

I used to have curtains just like that dress.

Not really. I like dream posts. My eyes glaze over when people post about their gardens and/or home repairs since my apartment living self has no frame of reference.

Actualy, I like Miley's dress. Yes, it looks like a tablecloth but it's a refreshing and wholesome change from the oufits some of her slightly older peers are wearing. It gives me the serene feeling that I will never see Miley's hoohaa in a limo exiting photo.

I do not remember what I dreamed, but it involved intrigue and David Boreanaz. Needless to say the alarm was not welcome this morning.

One of the few things I really like about Miley (and we live in Hannah Montana fandom here, sigh) is that generally what she wears is the type of outfit that is age-appropriate. And the Hannah Montana dolls have a thicker waistline than the traditional Barbie: maybe I'm reading way too much into it, but it's on a very subtle level a good thing.

I expect to be entering Hannah territory any year now. Today, however, she is six ansd it is still all about Spongebob (although we were informed this past weekend that Dora is for BABIES!).

That makes me feel good about the world this morning. Barbie's waistline has alwyas been an issue with me.

Dora might be for babies...

But my four year old daughter is convinced that Kai-Lan is imaginary, because she's never seen an Asian person in real life. Spongebob, however, is totally real.

Which should make this summer's planned excursion to Montreal's Chinatown a mindblower.

Heh. I had to look Kai-Lan up in Wikipedia.

Spongebob has convinced my daughter that she is afraid of the dark. *grumble* He is all knowing and all powerful. I'd take him away, but then she'd probably just transfer that devotion to something really dangerous like religion, politics or boy-bands.

I'd love to be a fly on the van's window for that trip.

The wholesomeness is a good point.

That's a deliberate choice, given her "persona" as a sweet girl.
