There are a lot of folks being disingenuous, I think.

I would also like to see them break up Undecided/Won't Say/Unavailable.

There have been a lot of shifts from "No" to "Undecided/NoComment". It makes me suspicious that the "Undecided/Won't Say/Unavailable" includes everyone who wasn't in the office when ny1.com did this particular whip-count.

I wonder if I were to call my Senator (previously a "No", not a "Undecided/Won't Say/Unavailable") and expressed my pleasure that he was reconsidering his position would I get a surprised response?
