And next week is state testing.
I did the one-hour push on the community service project andproduced 2,078 words -- a 34.6 word-per-minute average, just a touch below yesterday's 37.5. That piece is at 6,000 words right now, and with the other things I am doing, I should have a nice package of about 10,000 words ready to hand in Friday.
There's still a lot more work to do, but I am definitely on the right track.
Heck, if I can refine the "one-hour surge method," I might actually be able to finish NaNoWrimo this time around.
