I am reaching out to the hive mind on this one.

I am designing some job-specific resumes, and I would like some help.

The style I am using includes bullet points.

For example:

Effective use of Internet social-networking sites

Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Word

Excellent writing skills, with strong focus in writing for newspapers, magazines and web sites.

That sort of thing.

They can also include less specific things, such as "Excellent organizational skills," one that I am likely to not use.

So what do you think.

What are my strengths that you are familiar with?

Thanks,

Liam

I want to thank everyone who took part in my poll about what classes I should teach.

Here are the top 10  results:

SCA Stories and Legends: 73

SCA Geography and Culture: 48

Teaching in the SCA: 45

Peerage 101 (mainly for non-peers): 43

Squires, Apprentices and Proteges: 42

Liam’s Favorite Songs : 34

Peerage Roundtable: 27

Secrets of the List Table: 27

Songs of Chivalry: 25

Award Recommendations 20

Here are some thoughts:

1. I have taught the Teaching, Award List Table and two songs classes already. I am good there, unless people want to suggest songs.

2. The Stories and Legends class will involved research, and I will ask for help at some point.

3. Geography and Culture: What are you looking for here. How much should "These are the kingdoms, these are some important local groups, this is how they evolved," and how much should focus on the cultural difference among the places? (Or is this two classes?)

4. The other three classes are the ones I am really looking for help with. The Peer Roundtable, focused at being a mixed group of peers and non-peers, will pretty much run itself, although I would love to get an idea of what some of the topics might be.

5. What questions would you want answered about Squires, Proteges, and Apprentices (etc.)?

6. What are some basic questions non-peers have about peers?

7. Is there a class not on this list that you would really like me to teach?

Thanks for all your help.

Liam
